AJ is extremely knowledgeable, very skilled in all techniques, can read what your physical and emotional self needs and always tries to fit you in. From the moment you walk in you feel like being cared for, AJ welcomes you and always asks how you are doing and what environmental or physical changes may have happened or what your body is doing differently than last time. The massage room is wonderfully calming, with relaxing music, barely noticeable, but effective essential oil blend in the air and calming lighting. AJ makes sure everything is okay temperature- and comfortness-wise before she starts performing her body work. If you would like to chat, AJ is very friendly and will not overstep any boundaries, if you rather just be in the zen moment, she will catch up on it immediately and let you forget she is even there. (except the magic work she does) Over the last 3 years she worked very regularly on my lower limbs to help with my rheumatoid arthritis, some of it was very comforting, other parts were painful, but much much needed. She can tell what parts of your body are actually tight and where the root of the tightness starts before you can even pinpoint it yourself. She checks in every visit to see if my allergies are bothering me, my sinuses, stress, any of my multiple autoimmune diseases, if I need an emotionally-tied to-physically massage or if we are just maintaining the results she has established with me within the first year. I have been going to AJ for 3 years, because no western medicine, yoga or meditation will help with my symptoms and pain like her body work does!Her skill set includes various massage styles, techniques and pressure, one of my personal favorites, the lymphatic drainage massage. You will feel the effects in the days to come! If you want a relaxing massage that whisks you into the blissful world of inner peace, AJ will work wonders! If you are looking for that deep tissue release and someone that can actually bring the strength behind the pressure, AJ is the one you are looking for! Even as life has tested AJ many times and she needed to take time off, she always makes sure she communicates, gets a hold of you to inform you and tries to arrange your next appointment. She also sells her own aromatherapy products and can guide you if you need some support in the medical system or your overall health journey.
