All I've been wanting was a prescription for my birth control... they keep saying they'll "send a message to the provider" and then NO ONE follows up with me until 3-4 weeks later!... and only to tell me the MD has been in and out of the office. (The covering provider was off no help.) I even tried to use the online chat feature and email and nothing! I do not recommend this office or MD if you actually need some care.
I'm very disappointed as I myself am a nurse and cannot believe something SO SIMPLE, can't be handled better!.... it's just birth control! Wow.
