Read MoreI’m anxious about pretty much any dental procedure, and have never been to a dental practice that puts so much effort into ensuring the patient’s comfort. Today, I had an old crown replaced. From the time I sat in the chair, until I was finished, Dr. Messih and Jojo went above and beyond, not only to do quality work, but to ensure physical and mental comfort - from the neck pillow, to being fine with me listening to music with noise canceling headphones throughout the whole procedure, and guiding me through what I needed to do, even though I couldn’t hear them well.
I came into the office intending to use nitrous oxide to quell the anxiety, and Jojo and Dr. Messih both encouraged me to try without the nitrous (since it’s pretty expensive), and assured me that if I was uncomfortable, we’d stop, and set up the nitrous. Once they began working, I was fine, and didn’t need the nitrous.
I highly recommend this practice.
