Both of us have had the works - cleanings, cavities, a crown, Invisalign, etc.
Some important background:
I am a health care professional myself and have won company awards for patient care/customer service when I was a community pharmacist. I have also lived in Ohio and Indiana and have seen my fair share of dentists/ dental offices.
I have a keen eye for patient care and even higher expectations — I expect excellence. It takes a lot for me to feel compelled to write a review and here we are!
Simply put, Dr. Carr and Dr. Zotis are both EXCELLENT clinically and have always made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and take time to address any concerns and questions. Recently, I saw Dr. Carr - she squeezed me in - and she called me personally later in the day to check in on me due to the nature of my issue.
Dr Carr and Zotis always seem happy to see us, interested in our lives, and have made us feel comfortable.
I was a little worried about seeing Dr Carr at first because she was new at the time; I quickly realized she’s the real deal - very friendly, very competent and thorough.
Lastly - the staff. I recently saw them helping a confused elderly patient find her local voting location. This lady was lost and ended up in the dentist office - feeling desperate. They took the time - in the middle of a busy day - to look up directions, explain where to go, and got her on her way. I watched this unfold while I was in the waiting room with admiration. Zero frustration, eye rolling, etc. They seemed happy to help her.
They, too, have always been very friendly and easy to work with.
I will not go elsewhere and have recommended several friends to the office! 6 stars, if possible :)
