Read MoreWorst experience with a doctor’s office I’ve had in my adult life. My original consultation was October 2020. I started treatment in December 2020 with an orthodontist based on the course of treatment laid out by Dr Scheetz. In March of 2021 I can began to contact their office to schedule a follow up appointment and surgery date. Since then I’ve called every 1-2 weeks and have yet to be able to reach someone to book an appointment. I’ve spoken with reception, left voicemails with the manager, explained that this is holding up my treatment plan, asked to switch doctors. I’ve even had the orthodontist’s office call twice and still no response. At this point, I have requested a refund, and plan to file a formal complaint with the medical board . It’s a shame because I’ve heard so many great things about Dr Scheetz as a surgeon, and my consultation went well. Unfortunately the administrative side is so poor that I’m forced to move on.
