It was hard to get through to make an appointment here. I had an initial appointment set up, but in meantime had a gum infection that made my whole face swollen. On my way to the appointment, my gums ended up draining on their own. They examined me and told me there was nothing they could do. I showed them I had lost a filling. They said I'd have to wait for my cleaning appointment to address it. When I returned for my cleaning appointment and checkup, they told me I had already had my cleaning and checkup. So basically they committed insurance fraud. I had both kids go to their appointments despite this, and both kids asked if they could find a new dentist. They aren't picky. They put a white film in the crevices of their teeth, meant to protect their teeth from cavities. It fell out of their teeth less than a week later. To the best of my knowledge, that was not supposed to fall out like that. The thing that bothers me the most is that out of all three of our appointments, they really didn't do anything. Sure my kids got their teeth cleaned, but I'm not even sure they did that correctly. Office was very crowded. I miss having normal dental insurance (I currently have medicaid) I miss my old dentist who always was honest and thorough.
