Changing dentists is not easy, but if you have any doubt about your current dentist, give Dr. Rhodes a chance, here is my story (and why I changed dentists):
Three years ago my previous dentist crowned two molars and afterward they always became sensitive when I ate anything that wasn't a sandwich. Every 6 months I mentioned it and they kept grinding the good teeth above it, prescribing anti-inflammatory pills, and finally a $700 mouth guard. Eventually I thought, crowns are just more sensitive than regular teeth and chewed on the other side.
One day I drove down 1431 and saw Dr. Rhodes' office is right between my house and my current dentist and decided, why not get a second opinion? Looking back now I am thinking it was Divine inspiration :)
Dr. Rhodes took one look and said the crowns were done wrong: they were too tall and the tops were too thin from adjusting them, and they also did not line up with the way I chew. He also said he would not mind fixing it but the other dentist should fix them for free, now that is integrity!
By then I was so impressed with Dr. Rhodes that I had him replace both crowns and for the first time in 3 years I can eat a nice juicy steak and enjoy it with no pain.
If you are not 100% happy with your current dentist, you owe it to yourself to drop by Royal Vista Dental, you have nothing to lose.
