Dirty, smells and it is super crowded with no privacy to go over your child’s dental care! Also forgot to call back one of my children. The intake lady was very unprofessional, I did not feel welcomed as a new patient. This place needs a complete over haul. I know they are rolling in the DOUGH. So many patients and no place to put us. We were literally bumping into each other as they called us back. I’m definitely on the hunt for a new dentist. Also bathroom ranked of urine. I have picture as well just gross. I had to edit this with even more information upon my children’s final assessment at the end of the visit everything was done at the appointment counter so there was absolutely no privacy when the lady was going over how many cavities that they have on the treatment plan and other info that’s a huge violation to me that should be done in private like at all other dentist also I had five children in there that day my oldest being 17 They are telling me they held them hostage back there in the closet size TV room until all the children were done so three of my children were done an hour before the other children and I WAS in the waiting room waiting for my children the whole time and they held them in the closet size TV room until all my children were done even though my son was requesting to bring them out. In the service space that they’re dealing with patient is not acceptable.In response to this facilities response. They have responded untruthful I never requested that all of my children stay together as a matter of fact they took two children back then 2 other children and forgot one of my other children for a hour and I had to tell him you forgot a child so the response that I requested that all five of my children stay together is a lie I only requested that my 17-year-old stay with my four-year-old because they would not allow me to go back there. Their response about the very unhealthy and unclean bathroom with the door that does not lock was that the parents and patients mess it up the smell and the mess that I seen Does not happen 20 min after opening, we were the first patients that morning. Also the treatment plan that they say they had addressed all my concerns before hand that’s not truthful as well because the only thing that was addressed before hand was the intended treatment for that day lastly they denied violating the Hippa law by having conversation with me at the appointment desk by saying no other parents were present which was not truthful because we were in a little spot about 4 x 3 when they were going over my children’s dental care and lastly in response to my review they decided to refuse my four-year-old son‘s treatment the following morning because of the review that I left online about their establishment. Which is a very just review now because my children need treatment and I have never been to this dentist before I had no idea what I was in for. I did except the appointment for the following morning for my four-year-old son because he needed the treatment urgently and those were the only Dentist I had with my Medicaid however I’ve taken care of that filed a complaint and change Dentist out and they also did threaten me with a complaint with Medicaid as well
