Read MoreFirst time taking my son there. First, they did an amazing job keeping us / making us feel safe during this pandemic times we're living. They're checking in process ran smoothly. They have a "text us when you arrive and stay in your car until we text you back that we are ready for you". I appreciated that. Also, they send you paperwork via email where you can fill out and submit online. So when they were ready for us, there was no need to fill anything out. We literally went straight into the room and onto the chair. Zero contact with front office.
The dental hygienist (Mary) and the doctor (Dr. Rosie Tran) we're both amazing with my son. Made him feel at ease and made sure to tell him exactly what was going to happen. They both communicated great with me on any concerns and questions I had. Were able to set up the next 6 month appointment right away.
