Read MoreToday I called per the request of kern family medical insurance/ medical , to ask if this group would take payment for continued care for me to continue therapy with Randall, as I went homeless in sb County n have not been able to schedule more therapy appointments w Randall, wonderful therapist, the front office transfered me to the " billing dept" which apparently it's off site.n the young girl refused to give me her name and refused to transfer me to the manager,she straight out ignored all I said about me not having IEHP and to ask if the group would work w kern families..she was ignoring me, Sais there not contracted after I told her I wanted to talked to a manager to tell them there out of network n not contracted but my mcal/kern family insurance will pay, she said her manager said no, n hung up on me.I'm very upset as I was told that out of network providers that out of Kern County work with this new coverage program I have now, im disappointed I miss dr kohut and the previous manager, I will.relay the message to kern families insurance, tried to get an appointment while I was up there I wa placed on a cancelation list n unable to schedule anything w Randall..
