Read MoreI don't normally leave reviews, but my experience was so much different than many of reviews expressed, so I thought it needed to be shared. After looking at the reviews, I almost called my doctor and requested another referral, but I am so glad I didn't.
Every single person I came into contact with was so kind. The two ladies at the front desk of the consultation office could not have been nicer. They mailed me my paperwork with highlights of where I needed to go and what I needed to bring, making it so clear for me.
The assistant to the PA, was so sweet and funny. She immediately put me ease and made the whole situation so much more bearable and a even a but funny. .
Thr PA, Amy, was knowledgeable and to the point. She was not in a rush and answered every question I had.
The receptionist at the endocospy center was willing to be flexible with my payment methods and they made it so easy for me. Every nurse was caring and patient. They checked on me frequently while I waited and made sure I had everything I needed. I saw Dr. Eaker and he was very professional and thorough.
I had a great experience here and I'm glad I wasn't scared off by some of the less friendly reviews.
