Read MoreI recently had LASIK surgery at Nvision Torrance, and I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. From start to finish, it was seamless. I was initially nervous, but the team, including Dr. Yu, Dr. Shin, and Dr. Lusby (who performed my surgery), put me at ease with their professionalism, kindness, and knowledge.
The staff were incredibly understanding and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. The surgery itself was quick and completely painless—done in just minutes—and the recovery was even smoother than I expected. My husband was able to be right outside of the surgery room and recorded my whole procedure.
I went home, took a sleeping pill as advised, and when I woke up, I was in total shock and amazement. In less than 24 hours, I could SEE clearly! I have no pain and already feel back to normal. I'm told that my vision, which is already 20/20, will continue to improve! What also stood out to me was how Nvision worked closely with my primary optometrist, Dr. Jae Yu, whom I trust and has taken amazing care of my eyes for years. This collaboration gave me even more confidence in the process. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. This surgery is going to greatly improve my quality of life.
