Only way to schedule for most appointments is through their call center, which is atrocious and unprofessional. The scheduler kept asking me personal questions unrelated to my insurance or medical history, even when I kept insisting that I would like to decline answering. After asking on 3 separate occasions whether answering these questions was mandatory or not, the scheduler got curt and finally confirmed that no, they are NOT mandatory. Not sure why they are so incessant! I am considering changing my insurance next year so I can avoid this healthcare provider.
