I have seen a handful, or two, of Physicians, or Doctors, what have you and; of all, I actually support, and recommend, Dr. Wicke. For once, a Dr. that doesn’t act like he’s coked-out, scrambling all over, scribbling up bulls*** prescriptions, yelling at the receptionist, degrading one or one’s habits, etc. Nope. Not here.
He’s very attentive, actually sits down with the patient, discusses the issues at hand with full attention, and; being more organized than the local library, he builds case files- situation by circumstance, etc., and does so, by finishing each bracket after the conversation on subject ends. A clear sign he is actually attending patient.
Even during “COVID,” Dr. Wicke, as well as his staff, made sure that all communication were coherent, being that I’m deaf, and struggle with others speaking behind masks. Perfectly clear and makes sure patient comprehends everything.
Gives patient a treatment plan. Doesn’t just prescribe, but persuades other, more conventional therapies, such as exercises, readings to learn more about conditions, etc. His office, as well as the whole Mercy Hospital system, has a very congenial app, which connects all of patient data quite comprehensively and comfortably.
Last but not least, his reception room and staff are welcoming. Warm. They kept everyone separated well. Quite impressed.
