Dr. Ace is truly a gem — patient, kind, and exceedingly thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the process and she and her team made every effort to ensure that I felt completely at ease before, during, and after each procedure.
What sets this office apart is the genuine care and attention they give. I never felt rushed or like "just another appointment." Dr. Ace and her team went above and beyond to ensure comfort, whether it’s through gentle techniques, calming conversation, or simply checking in often during treatment. I felt like she attended to all of my concerns and even provided some helpful suggestions and new technology for my TMJ (which I had basically lost hope for). I really did feel like it was VIP service!
