The only people who deserve a 5 star in this office were the front desk girls.
Here is why I leave them a 1 star:
1. I had a doctor referral, they scheduled me for 3 months later, my period started 2 days before visit and the earliest they would re-schedule me for was 3 months later! Total of 6 month wait even with a doctor referral!!!
2. I gave them a 48 hours notice to cancel my first visit and they still charged me a fee! Eventhough they stated if you inform them within 24-48 hours you will not be charged!
3. My doctor agreed during my second visit to mark my visit as an annual visit. She even wrote a note for billing to code the visit as annual and gave me a copy of the note. The billing team did not answer my doctors calls and never spoke to her. I received a bill charging me for a full treatment visit. I called back every week since Jan 2025, and didn't even receive a call back from billing until mid March 2025 from billing telling me they can't code the visit as annual.
I shared the copy of document with dr. Handwriting with them and said my dr. Needed your help to know how to bill it so it will he considered annual visit, please contact her. I received a call back from the billing team today during work, her name was Mrs. Amy, she gave me so much attitude because if I interrupted her to ask a question, then she was being so rude to me telling me she wouldn't be able to help with the bill, only for me to find out that she hasn't even contacted my doctor to speak to her before calling me! When I told her I am at work and have limited time to talk, she said "you didn't have to pick up, I would have left a voicemail"! I guess she expecred me to say, I am sorry for answering the phone???
I am a pharmacist working as project manager for pharmaceutical industry running 5 clinical trail projects.. I am extremely busy and I have taken so much time out of my work to follow up with the office and billing team the past two months!
The billing team is extremely rude! Unprofessional, and they refused to contact doctor to ask her what she wants her visit to be billed and coded under before calling me after 2 months of no contact, to say they wouldn't be able to help.
I will never go to this office ever again, I have already told everyone I know about this experience and will 100% tell everyone else.
The lack of professionalism and care at this office is unbearable.
