Read MoreMy first review ever and I wanted to give a shoutout to CBC Medical in Lowell, MA. I’m not a patient there myself, but my parents have been for long as I can remember. My parents don’t speak English much only Khmer so it’s really nice to see Khmer people helping the community. I wanted to specifically shoutout the receptionist, Lena, for always going above and beyond. Everytime my parents have an appointment she greets them in Khmer and always makes them laugh. We had an insurance issue one day and she was very knowledgable and patient with us. She made a very stressful issue seem so easy. Going to the doctors for any reason is already stressful enough. The rest of the staff as well as the providers do a great job of creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere and are great with what they do. Thank you CBC for always being the best choice for my parents!
