One of the best things about this office is the convenience. Messaging my provider is incredibly easy, and I was able to get a quick appointment without any hassle. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with scheduling or answering questions. Shelly Sue G is fantastic as the first person you see when coming into the office. Very welcoming.
My doctor, Alex Cantu, is truly exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. I also needed a quick telehealth appointment over a weekend and David Lala is who I saw and he was absolutely wonderful and coordinated my care with my primary provider at One Medical, Dr. Cantu.
If you’re looking for a doctor’s office that prioritizes patient care, convenience, and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend this one! Well worth the $9/month fee.
