Read MoreI've been going to PC Medical for years. After my experience today I'd give them ZERO stars and feel like changing Dr.I had an appointment at 8am 12/7/18I arrived just a few minutes late. No later than 5 minutes. First the receptionist calls me and tells me, Dr has a tight schedule and he has a board meeting in the afternoon. Can you reschedule to another day? I show her a discusseded face. Then she tells me, let me call the nurse and check. I sit down for a few minutes, then the receptionist calls me back and tells me sorry but you have to reschedule. I ask her was that meeting something last minute? She said no. It's because Iyou came LATE. I told her I was 5 minutes late. She tells me Dr wants you to be prompt. In the past I was usually there on time. Then the nurse would call me in until a few minutes after my appointment time. Then after I get called in I have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before the Dr sees me. So why punish me for being a few minutes late? Plus they never call to confirm your appointment. Or tell you be on time, or we'll reschedule you.
