Read MoreDr. Jospehine Mante was my physician. I was not impressed by this Dr or Assistants at all. I was initially greeted by Joan who was not friendly or welcoming at all. The 1st appt with Dr Mante, was my initial appt, I waited for more than 1hr in both the waiting room and in the room. She was friendly, but only wanted to "talk" to get to know me. I am not paying her for that, so I was quite frustrated. I needed prescriptions refilled and she reluctantly did that until blood work could be done. Then, even more frustrating, she could not do blood work in her office. This Dr. specializes in Diabetics and she can not even acquire your A1C. So I had to schedule another appt, pay to go to Quest for blood work, then again, schedule another appointment with her. I would not recommend her as a physician. She does not seem to have the up to date equipment to get things on track. I have called the office a few times always speaking to Joan who has not been helpful and always seems to give me the run around to get things scheduled and done. I have been a diabetic for over 15 years, and have had my share of experiences in Drs offices and this one, I have to say is the worst. It is a waste of time to come here, there are many more advanced physicians and facilities that can get your health back on track. I would not recommend this place.
