I love that they can do bloodwork and certain labs right there in office and I don't have to drive all over the place to various places to get things done. He always prescribes me meds that are generic brand and typically don't cost me anything, which I am grateful for. He is experienced, keeps my appointment times very close to schedule (which seems rare) and is quick and to the point without sacrificing bedside manner, thoroughness and always addressing every issue with care. Through multiple insurance changes, they have been so accommodating, helpful and timely. The most recent insurance update requires a referral from my PCP (Dr. Hale) for any appointment. Since I have already been to see some specialists, he has worked hard to make it work and refer me to my providers of choice, when possible. This morning I had an appointment scheduled to see a provider who I have been seeing for a couple of years. I remembered at the last minute that I had neglected to obtain a referral beforehand. I called Dr. Hale's office 3-4 times, and they immediately worked to get an approved referral faxed over so I could be seen for my appointment without having reschedule, and it was such a blessing. On top of that, they were very kind and compassionate, when I'm sure it would have been easy to be annoyed at my mistake and urgent need. SO SO thankful I can trust Dr. Hale and his team!
