I have thought about writing a review for a while, simply because as a young new mother, I had no idea what I was looking for in a OB. The office staff here is friendly enough, although they seem decidedly more stressed than other offices I have been to, and so is Dr Fletcher, but I can confidently say after 3 years with my new OB that this office is simply an overbooked baby delivering machine. My last appointment here because I knew in my gut I had to find someone new, I waited in the waiting room an hour after my appointment time, and then in the exam room another hour and a half for a simple appointment. I reasoned for a few years that this was likely normal for an OB office, because the insane wait times were often, but now I know it is not. Dr Fletcher would often speak to me while simultaneously either standing in the door or walking towards it, and I know now that is not how a pregnant mother should be made to feel. If you don’t mind these things, and can overlook them, then yes this office is friendly enough, however, if you’re looking for an OB office to build genuine relationships with, that put you & your family best interests over making money, and that won’t treat you like another number, then I implore you to seek another healthcare facility and OBGYN.
