Read MoreI would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Monte Maska to anyone in the Springfield area. His office staff lacks professionalism in their communication to their patients, whether that be current patients, or prospective patients.
I was actually turned down for care in his office today by a receptionist that had no information other than "he didn't approve you as a new patient"...like I'm some kind of credit decision instead of a person, with EXCELLENT health insurance may I add.
His practice isn't full at this time, and you'd think he'd want to establish new patient care with people who can actually pay for it and who are very influential in the community.
It was a very poor decision on his part to say the least. I'll do everything I can to make sure people no to steer clear of his practice.
