Lacey Medical Clinic

I have been going to this clinic for several years and have seen by two different PA under supervision of Dr. Krauss medical review. Both PA's have been very kind, competent and good listeners to help me with my medical needs at age 60+. I referred my niece (almost 22), and she feels very at ease with them too. The front desk staff are very courteous and timely to return my calls and respond to my refill medications from my Pharmacy. Another plus (for me) about this medical clinic is that you can have your blood test right in the office instead of going to another clinic for blood work. When I arrive to my appointment, I don't have to wait hours like some other medical clinics. My experience from my past doctor offices, I learned to arrive to my appointment on-time and follow the protocol of 10 minutes arrival cut-off policy that insurance companies enforced doctor offices to follow. This clinic is a cozy place and it is not a fancy clinic with bells and whistles to impress me! The quality of patient-doctor care is what I need. Lastly this office is a not a crowded place full of patients in the waiting room with different illnesses specially in these days that quality of air to bread is essential in closed rooms!

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews but I've never had an issue here! The ladies at the front seem to be nice and I have never have to wait more than 10 minutes after I arrived to see my ARNP Diane Ames. She has always been super nice and straight forward. Actually listens and finds a way to treat me without all the prescribing pill after pill. Hope they keep up the good work I have always seen!!

They're very nice when you walk in and they're very helpful They always welcome you to come in for new patients and see new doctors and set up appointment they have many doctors upstairs and downstairs too and when you first walk into the building to have chairs they have a table and they have magazines and books you can read while you wait for your appointment to see the doctor!! And there's a nice young lady who comes and get you and take you into the room and take your blood pressure your weight and ask you what you're here for to see the doctor and if you have any complaints or anything she will let the doctor know ahead of time I only met two doctors upstairs one doctor was named Megan she was very very nice any other doctor he is actually the founder of the place whose name is Steven and he is a medical doctor if you walk down stairs to the bottom floor you will see two other ladies one lady is a receptionist which is very very nice and the other one is the lady that will take you into the room and check your blood and your weight and ask you if you any problems that you are feeling like then she will let the doctor know ahead of time and downstairs they also have a couple of chairs you can sit down while you're waiting to see the doctor, I have seen two doctors downstairs one doctor is an African black male doctor and he very very nice and he will help you out in so many ways as he can but you need to explain to him about what you him to help you out with and what kinds of problems you are having and he will find out what kinds of medications he can subscribe to you but you have to tell him what pharmacy you want the prescriptions and medication to go to ok!!.. there is also a behavioral Health Dr downstairs to that is she is really really nice and her name is Jalen she has a real nice office and a small white couch that you can sit on and talk to her about anything and let her know what has been going on with you and she also writes out prescriptions and follow-up appointments with her too but she only works on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday then she goes to work through her other job on Thursday and Friday there are plenty of parking in the front of the building and if you want can park down below if there's a parking down there too they are listed on the website and you can call in and make your appointment ahead of time!!.. Steven Wagner which is a patient that goes here and see the doctor's for appointment and if you have a cold or if you're sick you need to stay home or call in and tell him that you're sick and wear a mask over your face or if you don't have one they will give you one so they can protect themselves so they don't get sick from you okay!!. Can I see any kind of patients does it mean how old you are they still see you and their building has their name on it and address and maybe the phone number too I don't know but I do know that it has the Lacey medical clinic name on the sign which you can see when you are driving in your car or if you live close to the place you can see it when you are walking down the street and if you go past chervon gas station you will see the Lacey medical clinic and parking lot and the front door to the clinic and they will ask you what's your name and make you fill out some paper work and ask you what kind of insurance you have so they can tell you that they may or may not take your insurance cards but if I was you I would call the phone number on their website and ask them over the phone to see if they take your insurance, just to be safe on the safe side ok steven wagner..

Dr Krauss, in his new capacity as a MDVIP associate, took my wife as patient when she fell ill with pneumonia during our cross-country trip from Columbia MO to Ocean Shores WA. He and his staff provided top notch medicine with a big dose of down-home comfort and hospitality to two traveling strangers. We left his office feeling that we'd been his patient for ages. His staff arranged for X-Rays, blood test, pharmacy services within an hour, and sent us on our way. The next day, staff called to check on my wife and to set up a follow up appointment. Dr. Krauss is a fine addition to the national network of concierge doctors working under the MDVIP umbrella. We have belonged to the MDVIP network for several years, and this is the first time to use it while traveling. It's a seamless connection for access to professional and caring physicians and staff. I like the decor in the office and the staff has been nothing but polite and professional. I am usually very uncomfortable in doctor offices but I have always felt welcomed and safe at this location. I recommend this office to all my family and friends in the area.

My son went here since he was a baby. They made special arrangements to open the clinic for us on xmas eve when he had a bad ear infection. Thier nurse practitioner diagnosed a rare complication my other son had with his hip joint. The specialist said they see it once ever five years maybe and was in awe our nurse practitioner could recognize it. They place has changed staffing resently but we still like it after 19 years. However if you are looking for a quick fix for medication this is not a place for you. They like to try other things first before giving medication.

This place is the best place for quality care. I have been going here for years and it's always a pleasure. Long story short, if you want great care, give this place a shot, I've read all the other negative reviews and they do NOT have a clue as to the quality you are getting for the money. These people genuinely care about each and every one of us that ask for help. Either I die or they die, that's the only other way I would even THINK about changing doctors. 5 stars? Phhh, easily a 10!

I have been going here for many years, as someone who needs medical attention quite often and has been to many Medical facilities, I always come here and have been treated wonderfully, I always get in within a few days... I'm never rushed, if you forget to mention something when you make your appointment and you have to talk about it at your visit, no one gets irritated or says that's not what you were being seen for today, they always answer their phones, they always get back to you, if you're going to choose a practice I highly recommend this one.
