Prior to making the appointment for my annual physical, I was experiencing severe symptoms. I was worried these symptoms pointed to a thyroid issue. Although, these symptoms could mean things other than my thyroid. So, I chose to make an annual physical appointment because they would test my thyroid alongside many other things in case it was something else. I talked in great detail about all of these symptoms with the medical professional who I saw. I was under the impression that this person was writing all of these symptoms down, because I saw them writing them into their computer with my own eyes. Looking over the paperwork from that visit, it appears as though they don't have any of those symptoms written down even though I watched them enter them into the computer. Those symptoms were the whole reason I had the physical done. It has been years since I had an annual physical done, so when I got this done at this office I didn't know what to expect as normal. They assured me that all of the tests they were preforming were normal and typical for everyone that gets a physical done at that office. I trusted them to only preform what was necessary. The lab results point to everything being normal; which I was very glad to hear, but hasn't stopped the symptoms I have been experiencing. The tests they ordered were not coded properly or were not included in the annual physical so my insurance denied them leaving me with a bill of $1,000. The office that did all of the blood work was going to file the appeal on my behalf, but they needed additional information from the doctors office to do that for me. I attempted several times to get the doctors office to send over information, but they never got into contact with me or the other office. They have been incredibly uncooperative thus far. This office is very deceitful and does not communicate with their patients at all. They had information in my file wrong and so much info was just missing. Save your money and go somewhere else.
