Every time I go to Dr Olsen I feel that he truly wants to understand what is going on and to provide the best possible diagnosis and treatment. Sometimes he runs a little late, but I don't mind because I know it is because he is providing the same level of care to others.
As far as the interview from the individual with the out of state father in law doctor -- I'll only say that it should be a case study in human cognitive biases. You don't go to a doctor with solutions, you go to them with symptoms -- the good ones will use their knowledge and experience to provide individual treatment.
