Read MoreMy yound Husband Died on Aug 18th. Max Shapiro was his primary care doctor and had seen him many times. This office made the process unimaginabley even more devastating than it needed to be. He was out on vacation and completly unreachable. Not one person in this office was able to pick up a phone and notify Max Shapiro that his young patient had died. He did not sign my husbands death certificate and prolonged this greif for myself and my young child. not even his Secondary Dr williams could sign even though he was a patient off hat office . Even after Max Shapiro came back from his Vacation only his RN left a generic condolance voice mail. This office had not heart and after this experience I wouldnt wish for anyone to be a patient here they just dont care about you. Fine a better doctor one who feel a sence of duty and obligation for the white coat and this their patients.
