Long review : We recently moved to this area and haven’t set up a pediatrician yet but my mother in law goes here on the rare occasion she is sick (she is always looking for the best “bang for her buck”)so she recommended it in the mean time. So I called as soon as they opened this morning to get an appointment for my daughter, the lady tells me I can come in at 2:00 as a walk in (how am I a walk in at an “appointed” time?) but I agree. My husband and three kids get there and get checked in. There is four other people in the waiting room. Shortly after checking in some nurse (rudely) says only one person can stay with the patient (my infant daughter) so my husband had to take my other two out, there is no sign stating this so how are we suppose to know the policy plus upon calling we were not told this so now he and my kids are just waiting in the car? Very unprofessional.
But that’s not even the main of it.
An Hour and 15 minutes go by that I am fighting my fussy infant that we’ve just been waiting there. And I’ve noticed that four new patients have arrived but only two of the original patients have actually been seen.
And they opened the side office door and the physican assistant is just in his office (not seeing patients) while there is a waiting room full of patients? We finally get called back and I ask how long it will be and am told this is just for the blood pressure and is till have three people ahead of me, at that moment I said no thank you and left. It is clear how unprofessional and awful this clinic is, I will be going to a different office (one with more star ratings also) tomorrow for my daughter to be seen.
Do not go here and certainly do not take your children here.
