Read MoreVery unprofessional and unorganized office. Had an appointment for 1pm, received a text prior to my appointment stating to be there at 12:45 to complete paperwork. Arrived early and all the doors are locked. Finally the door is unlocked at 1:01pm. I ask if the doors are supposed to be locked and the lady says yes that they open back up at 1pm. She gets to the desk and asks for my name and I give it to her, then asks for my health insurance card I tell her I don’t have it but I have a picture. She tells me no worries and asks for my ID which I give to her. The lady then asks if I’m aware that the Dr is not in. Of course I don’t, why would I be there?? I ask her why I didn’t get a call and she says that I should have. Finally, I tell her to give me my ID back so I can leave. Staff is very inconsiderate of your time and just bad at their job.
