Read MoreAs we need to travel internationally and have our COVID-19 test done within 3 days prior to our departure, we researched several clinics in the Bay Area that could potentially provide next-day RT-PCR service. My Doctor Medical Group stood out as the only one who took my call immediately and answered all my concerns and questions in the most polite and professional way. Once we made our appointments, the staff helped us every steps along the way including setting up our security portal to fill forms, communicate with doctor's office, and receive results in a much secure and convenience fashion. Our appointments went smoothly as well, which took only 15 minutes to complete and was done in a spacious and clean room. The nurse who performed the procedure wore a highly protective facial shield, explained everything patiently and clearly, and did a thorough but perhaps the least painful nasal-pharyngeal sampling compared other COVID-19 test places I had experienced before and after (yes, be prepared to do several tests if you decide to travel to another country!). True, you do need to pay for the standard test, next day service, and travel certificate, but the service and documents we received were worth every penny.
