First, walking in to the facility, the front door says "CHECK IN AT KIOSK". There is no kiosk. While searching for the kiosk, a security guard ran after me and chastised me for not checking in at the "HELP DESK". I responded that if there was a sign in the entryway indicting to do so, I would have. He said that there is a sign on the back of their computer monitors. This is not easily seen as the sign is 6"x10", posted on a monitor that is positioned upwards therefore the sign is pointed to the ground. This was my first impression of this facility!
Secondly, I was asked the SAME questions 5 different times by 5 different individuals. WHY? Does this facility NOT have technology that would share this information from nurse to doctor, etc.?
Thirdly, when the nurse began prepping me, the information she had about me was incorrect. This did NOT create in me a sense of security in the hospitals staff to do their job properly. If you cannot get my information correct, how do I know you will do the correct procedure of even accomplish the procedure correctly.
Fourthly, the doctor then presented himself and also had numerous mistakes, huge mistakes, in his paperwork. Example, his paperwork indicated that I had a lung disorder and asthma. I have NEVER had these issues. At this point, it was by my wife's grace and encouragement that I did not get off the table and leave.
