Read MoreI made an appointment with dr. Shepard 2 weeks ago because I had an X-ray at walk in and there was significant trauma.She came highly recommended. Meanwhile I had to take time off from work-for the appointment. When I got to the address that was listed on google they said she had moved. I tried to call but the number they had listed was not correct. I could not find her location and therefore lost my appointment! I finally got the most recent number and they could not get me in past 3:00 pm on a later date. And expected me to take more time off for appointment. I asked if they could accommodate me because if the circumstances. I told them I would find another dr. It was a total disaster and somebody needs to know this. I am thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend this practice for lack of ethics and professionalism!
