My doctor referred me here due to a concern that arose from my last check-up. They called with in a couple of days to set up an appointment. I had to reschedule and the lady on the phone was super nice.
The doctor was super friendly with a good sense of humor. I had a CScan back in June in Pennsylvania for some pain I had in my abdomen. I wanted to bring the disc, but like a professional procrastinator I waited until a half hour before my appointment to look for it. I couldn't find it so went without.
Anyway, she did say she would like to see it, but used what information she observed on a CScan from Feb. I ended up having to make another appointment for a small procedure to check my kidneys based on my reasons for needing this one. Since I live close by I looked for the disc when I got home and decided to drive back and drop it off before the appt for the procedure (aka before I had a chance to misplace it).
Anyway, my next appointment wasn't for another week and they called me today because the doctor had already looked at the disc and saw a stone blocking something which may be causing the issue I'm having. So the appointment for the procedure was canceled.
Anyway, the fact that she looked at the disc of CScan so soon made me feel like a priority. I honestly didn't expect her to look at it for another week at least. And she is a doctor, so I'm sure she has a million things to do!
What person doesn't want to feel like a priority, especially when it comes to our well-being!!
