Terrible front desk, they charge people that have insurance and fail to explain if they’re in network or not. They also tried to bargain the price for a consultation. Do not waste your time. They will rob you of your hard earned money.

This office sucks at their job. They are so uncoordinated. For instance my mom had a prescription and the pharmacist couldn't read it. So we went back and forth all day to get the situation resolved. If it's not that it's always something!!! Worst office!

The cost is double at this office. Apart from the fact that they charge you much more for the analysis, consult and when you go to see the results you also have to pay them to see the results. A complete abuse.

Don't waste a minute in this place my people. Doctor Tello always arrives late and his administrator (Gabriela) has no professionalism or respect, it is disgusting. Horrible place and I doubt they care about the patients. There are better places!
