Read MoreThis facility has been extremely neglectful with my care. I called and messaged in the portal (multiple times) over the past 3 months, and my doctor has still not responded. My condition has been worsening, which I informed him about within my correspondence, and still nothing. I called to talk with the medical director of the facility, who was unavailable at that precise moment. However, I was promised they would call me back either same day or next day. That was over a month ago. This facility seems to give up on you when you confound their notions of what "should" work. Or perhaps I stand alone there. Either way, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them in any way as I have never before felt so disregarded or dismissed.
