Read MoreI had my first visit today and I can honestly say that I can’t wait to go back. The staff are very friendly and explain everything to you in a way you can understand. The dentist, Mr. Michiel, is fantastic. Really takes the time to listen to you and explains things to you that sees may be a problem from your X-rays. I’m very glad that they were taking new patients.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. I have no doubt that you will be welcomed and treated as family.
Update: October 2023:
Had an appointment but got sick. Went to the doctor the day before my appointment and found out I had bronchitis. So I called and left a message to cancel my appointment because I was sick.
Towards the end of November I get a bill in the mail for $50. I called the office asking why I got the bill. I was told that I didn’t let them know two days in advance. I told her that someone doesn’t know when they are going to get and I had found out that I had bronchitis and I didn’t want to expose anyone else to it. I was then told that I still had to pay it. I told her I would not. She then made a statement that I should have kept my appointment. So, in other words, they would have preferred I show up and expose everyone to bronchitis than to cancel a $50 appointment cancellation fee that should not have been charged in the first place because I had gotten sick.
Now I have to find a new dentist again.
