I can only speak from my experiences here. I felt borderline discriminated against at this office...from the front desk to the manager to the doctor. All were incompetent, two-faced and unfriendly toward me, from worst to least. I was shocked at the lack of care and lack of professionalism from this office, as they not only sounded very abrasive over the phone, they (not Lindsey...she's very nice at first, but I think the mean staff runbed off on her over time) also acted like they were too good for me, like I was bothering them whenever I called them or when I'm at the office. Let me remind you...this is a medical establishment, where I and other patients expect to be treated with the utmost respect and empathy. Except for Lindsey, the staff here are not honest as well. The manager said the girls at the front desk had called me multiple times and left me voicemails to tell me they have cancelled my appointment. However, I did not receive any calls/voicemails from them. Not even one. Phone records would show this. The ladies at the health spas and car dealerships, for example, have more dignity than this, it seems. As a child of Christ, the Lord most high, I strive to be good in His sight and try not to do things that would disappoint Him. I feel bad I have to give a negative review, but I have to be truthful. I also want to give people a heads up regarding the confrontational/unprofessional employees here because I don't want others to go through the same or similar experience. At first, I kind of brushed off the staff's indifference because I thought lindsey was kind. But now, because she is one-sided and seems to encourage bad behavior from her staff, I cannot be a patient here anymore. I will not tolerate mean employees, especially in the health care field. There is also no point in having a primary care physician who doesn't even listen care to hear the patient's side and blindly supports her staff, even though they're wrong. Lindsey is a mediocre md, in my opinion. She's not bad, but she's not too good. I think that other doctors would have given me better medications for my health concerns. Moreover, I feel that I should not give my time and money to those who do not discipline rude employees. A good doc or manager should not believe her dishonest/disrespectful staff and should not let these pretentious girls represent or be in charge of their medical office.
