If you go to this urgent care center and they give you Danielle C Pfeifer as your doctor, just go home she won’t actually take care of you anyways. I brought my 5 year old son in for a severely soar throat, vomiting, congestion, higher temperature, also he has been dealing with some restroom issues which we believed to be onset of Crohn’s disease or something else. She ran a strep test and a covid test, that’s it. He received no treatment for his throat or congestion even though there were obvious symptoms. He received no treatment or testing for the restroom issues, instead she told us to continue using an over the counter medication that I told her he had already been taking with absolutely zero affect. She continued telling me again to take the failed medication, I asked her repeatedly if she would run any kind of test to make sure it’s not something serious being over the counter medications had no affect, she refused. I asked her repeatedly if there was a different medication even over the counter that might help alleviate the daily pain he complains of, she refused. I asked her repeatedly what to do about his throat and the congestion, she repeated herself over and over about the negative strep test and offered no treatment or even recommendation for this issue. It became very clear this person who I refuse to call doctor because she doesn’t deserve it, was another ego driven doctor who refuses to listen to her patients and would rather let a 5 year old go home in pain rather than actually doing her job. This person should not be allowed in to hold any position in the medical industry I can only imagine how many other people have gone home entirely untreated and horribly misdiagnosed because of this persons incompetence and ego. I’m just a random person leaving a review, but should this reach someone with power in the Olathe medical system, please make sure this person isn’t allowed to hurt anyone else’s children, because although it wasn’t her fault he came down with these illnesses, it was her fault that she refused to actually provide proper treatment now he gets to wait even longer until we can see a true professional who will provide adequate care. And to Danielle C. Pfiefer, I hope you have children and I hope one day you become solely reliant on someone else to help your children when they are suffering, and I hope that person actually helps your children, because even though I have absolutely zero respect for you and truly believe you should be fired. No child should have to suffer just to stroke your own ego it makes me sick.
