She was a knowledgeable and personable doctor, but her and her staff are cold and no longer inviting and you just feel like a number. I’ve noticed over the years, my wait times becoming longer and longer. If I set an appointment for 10am, I’d be lucky to be seen by 10:30, and once I’m seen, I’m rushed. I travel from Eagle River and am always punctual for my appointments, most times 10mins early. However, she is never on time and doesn’t seem to consider her patient’s time. For my most recent appointment, I had to wait 4mths to be seen and then waited for 30mins before I decided to reschedule. When I came out, she seemed to not be in a rush at all and was talking and relaxing with her staff. Instead of being apologetic about the wait, she told me she was early and I was lucky she was ready for me right then. Bottom line: Don’t waste your time, find a more caring provider.
