Here’s the TLDR summary:1. On the way there, bus/driver wouldn’t take us all the way and left us in a random dark parking lot in the rain 15 minutes from our destination to “wait for another bus”.2. Driver refused to stop for the bathroom unless we each paid him $100 cash.3. Bus left early without us on the way back.Full story:First, bus driver was very rude when multiple people asked to stop quickly to go to the bathroom after we’d been on the bus in traffic for quite a while. Driver said he wasn’t paid enough for that and he’d only stop if we each paid him $100. I asked for his name and he became even ruder. So yeah… bathroom extortion.Then, when we almost reached New Braunfels, the bus turned into a strip mall parking lot and parked. Driver told everyone to get off and that another bus would be there soon to take us the rest of the way. There was no problem with the bus or driver, it just wasn’t taking us the whole way. No one told us this would happen. The bus could’ve easily taken us the rest of the way (it wasn’t a size issue, there were tons of other large buses dropping people right at the entrance). Eventually, 2 small vans came to pick us up. Only about half of us could fit in them and they didn’t know when any more would arrive. We waited about 20 minutes in the dark parking lot in the pouring rain before we gave up and called an Uber instead.Lastly, after the festival, we waited for the bus at the designated pickup spot at the time we were told. No bus came for us. We tried texting and calling the bus driver. We waited for over half an hour and walked to other buses to double check. Turns out the bus had left 10 minutes early without any notice and had abandoned us there. We were a group of at least 6 people who should have been noticeably absent from the bus. Once again, had to call an Uber for ourselves all the way back to Austin which was VERY expensive. Complete waste of money.
