Read MoreThis review is shamefully late, but I HAVE to write it anyway because of how amazing this company is! We used CoD for our wedding, because our venue was about 20 minutes from the hotel block/city center where most of our guests were and we wanted to make sure people could have an amazing time at our reception without being in danger on the drive home :) I called a few months out and spoke with Gretchen (I think?) who could not have been more lovely and helpful. She helped me figure out exactly the vehicle timing and arrangement I needed to provide shuttle service for our guests before and after the ceremony and reception, as well as for my husband and I to get to our hotel at the end of the night! They truly think of every detail, down to color coordinating the paper napkins in each limo to your event colors and providing my husband and I with complimentary champagne at the end of the evening. She was highly communicative with the follow-ups and additional questions I had leading up to our wedding day, and it took SUCH a load off my mind knowing that someone as detail-oriented and customer service-oriented as Gretchen and her team were working with us. I know our guests (especially the out-of-towners) really appreciated the ease with which they got around that day...and I'm sorry a year late for our silly friends playing "Zombie" by The Cranberries pretty much the whole way back to the hotel at the end of the night lol! But truly the cap on the great experience was our driver after the party was over (whose name escapes me but I think he is actually Gretchen's husband and a co-owner of the company...Aaron, maybe?). This is the gentleman who drove my husband and I back to Des Moines after all our guests had left, and he was so polite and lovely and congratulatory, and offered to drive our belongings to our hotel for us while we went out for a late night bite post-reception! Overall, this company really does go above and beyond, for incredibly reasonable prices, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
