The driver was punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful to I and my passengers’ needs both to and from the venue. The vehicle was clean inside and out; water and tissues were available to ensure our comfort during the ride. The company is competitively priced; I shopped around before selecting them for my service request. The limousine company that I have used for 20+ years to transport myself and my guests to a variety of special occasions was extremely overpriced for the same service I was requesting from Berazu Limousine service. From start to finish, the experience with the owner, Mr. Azubuike was fantastic. The ordering process went smoothly. I viewed the available fleet of vehicles and selected one that suited my needs to start the ordering process. The online payment process was efficient and effective. Mr. Azubuike responded quickly(within 15 minutes or less) to any additional questions or concerns I had. Prior to the date of service, a follow up reminder was sent to ensure/confirm the service was still needed. All in all, this was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I will certainly use Berazu Limousine service in the future as well as recommend the service to others. Job well done!
