I visited Herson’s Honda about four times in one week while shopping around and comparing dealerships. Each time I visited, the car I had my eye on was sold shortly after I left without finalizing the deal. This happened more than once—and could have been frustrating—but Mr. Ahmad never gave up. He patiently offered new options, different colors and models, and always made me feel like a valued customer.
