My boyfriend purchased a BMW here a little over a month ago and he couldn’t be happier with the vehicle. The car has been running well ever since and he’s had no issues. Gabe worked really hard to get him into the car he wanted, including researching different financing options for him and working tirelessly to crunch numbers and find a payment option he could afford. Izzy acted like he didn’t want to purchase the car. Even told me he’s been driving the car around putting extra miles on it. Which should not be allowed. I purchased a vehicle with him, car has issues. It’s less than two weeks and he refuses to fix it. I would not recommend this place at all. I spent over 15k just for this horrible experience and car.

Upon purchasing my car from this agency, I have incurred a few obstacles as far as fixing a leak that occurred more than once.I took the car back to be serviced and to resolve the issue .This lead to Izzy taking my car to new york unauthorized by me and racking up toll violations. Then he tells me the issue is resolved, only for me to go out to my vehicle after a large amount of rain and have the same issue that he supposedly resolved reoccur.I tried to reason with him to finally get the issue resolved with the leak. To no avail he tells me he's not gonna fix it and to do what I gotta do.I definitely would not recommend this agency to anyone who's looking to purchase a vehicle.
