Lexi was my first point of contact you set up my initial service appointment, extremely pleasant, informative and professional with the initial process. Jimmy became my service advisor who got me in a loner and in and out for intake. I took the car in for a recall and the left driver side speak not working. Jimmy initially called and advised the recall was fixed but to bring the car back if I had any issues with the speaker again. He advised the updated to the software was complete and that should be the solution but no absolute fix per Chevrolets communication to them. He explained they did test but nothing came back. I advised the issue comes and goes and to please keep the car for one more day to be proactive not reactive with fixing the issue as I don’t live close and don’t have time to keep coming back pushing the limit to when the warranty would expire with miles or time against me. I called back and reach Adam for more assistance regarding how to get this fixed while my car was in their care. He advised Adam asked for approval on me keeping the loaner 1 additional day to see if he could drive the car and hear then issue. Within 30 mins Adam and Billy called me back to back confirming he heard the issue and was able to get it treated which the speak failed. At the current moment they are checking to see if the speaker is in stock or has to be ordered and they would update me tomorrow morning by 11 with the next plan of action. I’ve been dealing with cars for 20 years and I can say these guys from start to scratch care about your experience & are willing to do their part to get you back up and rolling. I communicated my concerns and I felt heard and understood. Never received backlash for challenging them on how things were being handled just understood and solutions to my problems. Amazing team over there in grapevine, stay away from Chevy in Grand Prairie worst experience ever! I love my new car & just want everything to be up to part. 2024 Chevy Trax ❤️!
