When discussing pricing, the process was smooth and straightforward. Junior explained every step as we went along without overcomplicating anything, which I really appreciated. During the test drive, he was courteous and thoughtful, even opening doors for me and my family. He kept us comfortable, offered water, and made sure we were well taken care of while waiting for paperwork.
