Came for regular maintenance and inquired about the massive recall on the 2023 Rogue with a VC Turbo engine. As always, I never had issues with Jeremy; he's always taking care of his customers. I requested that he give me the oil filter of my car after the oil change, and he did. He's on top of everything and very detailed in explaining things. My visit was flawless today, and I had a shuttle to drop off and pick me up from work while waiting to be done.

I wanted to let everyone know in the service department that Not just I was overpromised of the estimated time of my service exceeding 1 hour of their promised time but also they forgot to install a lug nut (a secured one) on my front passenger side wheels. And I just noticed it after a month of my service. If it wasn't because of my dad I wouldn't have noticed it! I believe they don't double-check things prior to returning the car to the customers!! This is my first disappointing experience with this branch! See photo below

First, I want to give thanks to Ralph Gallego for providing very good service. He helped me get a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue SAME DAY that I've been wanting ever since! Also, special thanks to Erich for also providing good customer service and helping me get a better deal. I walked out with a new car which I was not even expecting AT ALL especially walking out of the dealership with it! I thought I was dreaming for a second lol. IF IT'S MEANT TO BE, THEN IT WILL BE! 😂😂 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO DEALERSHIP AND EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL HELP YOU OUT! TRY THEM! 👍🏼
So for my long story on how I got my brand new 2023 Rogue SV, due to a schedule conflict with my previously scheduled oil change for my 2020 Altima, the main purpose of my visit was to try to reschedule and squeeze in for an oil change service. However, when I walked in I'm not too familiar with who to talk to and where to go during my visit, I was just standing in the service lounge and nobody was helping me. I approached one lady from SALES and asked who I need to talk to and if I can move my appointment today since i have an upcoming appointment on the 22nd that i might not be able to attend to. She said "You can't do walk in, you have to schedule". I didn't like her tone but I just brushed it off and thought that maybe i just got a little sensitive so I walked away. I've been working in a customer service field long enough to say that there is a better way of talking to customers. So I left and thought about not even seeing ralph that day because i got pissed, I actually left the dealership and drove arohnd on the sales side, I am contemplating if I will proceed with the appraisal or my car or not, but i still decided to check it out, who knows what's gonna happen, right?!. I was greeted by Ralph like we've been a long lost friend and helped me out with a good deal and walked out with a brand new rougue. 😂👍🏼
