If I had written this review a couple of days ago, it would have been all bad and 1 star. However I'm so happy for an over night email and a couple of people with not only business sense but morals and just plain and simple common human sense to make a wrong right. So with that being said Towbin Dodge Ram deserves this positive review and a big big thank you once again. On March 14, 2025. My son and I went to Towbin to purchase him his first car. His dream as he said was to have him a Dodge Charger and that's just what he found. Our salesman Jeremy was awesome and again congratulations Jeremy on your first child. The finance manager was very pleasant and our conversations were about any and everything for a while but thru it all I stressed to her about making sure that we had the basic service/maintenance plan. As a new car owner even a newly purchased used car has to have that service plan and you have to maintain the up keep of your car even if you don't plan to keep the car long. Everytime I asked about the service plan I got reassurance from her that it was included and to just bring the car back to Towbin to get it serviced because there may be recalls or something that they can/will do at that time and the service would be free because of our plan. We'll 4 moths later something brought us in to the service department so I ask them to go ahead and do the maintenance on it because it would be due soon anyway. This is where things flipped. Found out that after all the service plan wasn't added and that we would be charged for the service. To make this shorter, I spoke to several people including that said finance manager who denied that I ask for the service maintenance plan and decided to tell me that she would call me back after she spoke to the service tech Lawrence who by the way is also an awesome young man. Very pleasant very knowledgeable. However here we are a few days later and I haven't heard back from that finance manager, no call. So after not being able to sleep a couple of nights ago because I was so upset about this I found a place on Towbin's site to send out an email and it was a very long email. I truly did not think anyone would read or acknowledge the email. Boy was I wrong, a few hours later that morning I received a call from Towbin. I didn't get to answer the call because I was busy. I also received a call from a personal cell phone number that came up James Barnett, I missed that call also However my son and I were going out to Towbin anyway to pick his car up from the service department. Once we got there I preceded to tell anyone who would listen about my problem. I was taken to Emily who is a consumer service manager, a true sweetheart, she directed me to James Barnett who is the Finance Director and the person who had called me earlier. I honestly thought James was about to give me more excuses and the run around. No James did just the opposite, James had recieved my email by way of Abdul who is the General Manager of Towbin who had received and read my email and forwarded it to James to take care of it. OMG, when I say that these two men showed me what business men who are passionate about doing good business and making sure that their consumers are treated good and with respect, THEY DID! They have made me a consumer for life and I hope and pray that if either one changes their place of employment to another dealership they reach out and let me know. I felt like the weight of that dealership was lifted off my shoulders, I truly wanted to cry like a baby but I held strong. Thank you so so much Abdul, James, Emily, Lawrence and Jeremy. You guys are beyond awesome and Towbin has a true consumer❣️
