I have had a terrible experience at this dealership and would not recommend this location to anyone especially a first time car owner. I purchased my vehicle on 11/18/24 and the sales representative Drake was very helpful and caring. However, my experience with the store on the other hand was not. Particularly with the entire sales team including the sales manager. Since the purchase of my vehicle I have had repeated mechanical issues with my 2025 Buick Envista ST and in attempt to resolve the issue I have experienced highly unethical actions taken by the dealership when attempting to address these issues.Vehicle Issues:1. On two separate occasions, the check engine light illuminated on my vehicle within the first month of ownership, raising serious concerns about its quality and reliability.2. My parents, visited the dealership to address these issues on my behalf, but the matter was handled poorly and unethically.Unethical Dealership Practices:Instead of resolving the issue transparently, the dealership:• Pitched the resolution as a trade-in opportunity, falsely presenting it as a way to fix the issue. Despite it clearly being a defective car and essentially a lemon.• Attempted to buy back my vehicle at a price lower than what I originally paid, even though I purchased the car with 60% paid in cash.• Proposed closing my existing loan and placing me into a new loan with an additional $1,500 charge, despite my clear request to avoid any hits to my credit, as I am currently in the process of purchasing a home.• To expedite the process, the dealership offered me a mortgage explanation letter to justify their actions, which only added to the pressure and lack of transparency• After over five hours at the dealership, the only resolution offered was to send the car to the manufacturer for further inspection. Despite this, I was not provided with a loaner car during the repair process.• I had to follow up on my own to request reimbursement for a rental car, further adding to my inconvenience and frustration. This store is highly unprofessional and should all be investigated for their unethical sales practices. And clear disregard for their clients and their money. I purchased the car as a gift to myself for my birthday. Now I have no car- no confirmation in writing that I will be reimbursed. Additionally, due to the holiday season this entire process will be delayed. This has left a terrible impression of the brand and I genuinely wished I would have purchased from a different brand entirely. Overall an awful experience and a terrible representation for the Buick GMC brand.
