THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I called & took my car in on more than one occasion to have the front air checked out. The first time they had it all day & told me it wasn't what they thought so I would have to bring it back. I called & made an appointment to have diagnostics done. Since they were already checking everything, I mentioned the back wasn't getting any air. I had no clue this was two different things, and they sure never explained it. I dropped my car off at 8am. Around 2pm they called me & told me they figured out the back problem & how much it would cost. I told them don't worry about it & asked about the main reason I brought it in. They said they never looked at it & didn't have enough time so I would have to bring it back for a 2nd diagnostic. When I asked why that wasn't the first thing they did since I stressed about it being the most important, I was told because the girl I talked to wrote the back down first. I asked the gentleman to please check the front. I was not going to pay for another diagnostic. At 5:30pm I called to check on it again. He told me that my car could have been picked up a long time ago because they weren't going to check the front. So if I hadn't called, my car would have sat there another day. Then I took another car I just got in & asked them to do an inspection of everything that needed to be done. The guy told me they only had 1 appointment that day at 1pm & the rest of the day was open. I made an appointment for 10am. I even arrived at 9:30 to give them extra time. I didn't have another car so I had to wait there with my 2yr old son. At 11:30 I noticed my car was still parked in the same spot I parked it. I asked the girl for an update & she said they were just about to get to it. I told her I had an appointment at 10, why has it not been looked at yet? She said he was working on other cars. I told them nevermind. It wasn't fair to make me sit there with my child & not communicate about what was going on. So the mechanic tossed my keys at me & stormed out. I asked to talk to the manager who simply stood there on the phone not talking to anyone. I asked the other guy why no one communicated with each other? Had they actually talked to one another, the mechanic could have let them know he was behind on weekend cars, they could have made my appointment later, & I could have been working instead of sitting there with my child while nothing was being done. Two hours! My appointment time came & went & no one thought to talk to each other, let alone tell me what was going on. I guess I am also suppose to believe that it was just coincidence that the manager finished his phone call just as I walked out. I will never take any of my vehicles back here.
